a. The reception staff are all very kind and helpful, which is encouraging to patients.
b. The phone to call patients to appointments from the waiting rooms usually ends in a crash when the receiver is replaced. This is a problem with digital hearing aids. In any case, it's not very clear!

Miami - service worked very efficiently got an appt within an hour of telephoning on Saturday morning and seen promptly on arrival at surgery.

Wonderful staff caring.
Acknowledged my problem and I got an immediate appointment - doctor listened and I feel I got a very good appointment, I felt confident in what she said.
